Appley Thin Mint

Was rewatching episode 8 of Drink Masters on Netflix and someone made a Creme de menthe foam. Got me thinking about CDM cocktails. Came across one called Ethel Duffy which is equal parts CDM, Peach liquor and Triple Sec. using this as a base and subbing apple for peach (cause well…) and thinking some chocolate washed/aged Wheat Whiskey, I came up with this.

1oz chocolate finished whiskey

3/4oz CDM

3/4oz Apple Schnapps

3/4oz Triple Sec

Shake shake shake and double strain up

Solid dessert cocktail. Not terribly boozy
