2 oz good apple cider
1/2oz maple syrup
1/2oz Ciociaro
1/4oz green chartreuse
2 splashes Ango
Stir and strain up
Ciociaro and chartreuse give this a certain “je ne sais quoi” with the bitter orange coming though mid palate and the herbalness hitting late
It’s good. And stupid easy to drink. 4
