This is my last egg nog post of the year (2022).
This time of year I am always thinking about & making egg nog. This combination of Fernet-Branca & Woodford Reserve is an amazing take a holiday classic.
1 oz Woodford Reserve Double Oaked
½ oz Stravecchio Brandy
½ oz Fernet Branca
¾ oz Maple Syrup
1 oz Heavy Cream
1 Whole Egg
Wet shake/Dry shake. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish
Garnish with lines of grated nutmeg & cinnamon.
