Kitchen Sink Mocktail

Inspired by Ryan Wilkens’ recent Asian Pimms cup mocktail, came up with something using what I have for bitters (vs what he used)

2.5oz Earl grey tea

1/2 oz sugar free limecello

1/2 oz lemon juice

6 drops Portland aromatic

1 splash fee bros orange

3 splash 7 stills prickly pear bitters

3 splash 7 stills cranberry bitters

3 drop mystery #1 Wilkens special

1 drop Rizzo bitters

1 drop bitterness marriage bitters

Shake. Strain over ice with Spritz orange oil. Fill with diet tonic

3.5 refreshing but could use some booze
