We didn’t think I was gonna sit out fresh fruit/cocktail #togetherapart did we? 
This one is called
Permanent Holiday Cocktail
1 oz. bourbon
1 oz. Averna amaro
½ oz. Licor 43
1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz. passion fruit syrup
½ oz. fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Add about 1/4c pebble ice and shake. Pour all the contents into a tall glass or tiki mug - top with more pebble ice to fill.
This is like the tiki standard- Port Light’s sophisticated cousin.
