Prickly Earl

Continuing the Dry January mocktail trend

2 oz Earl gray tea

1 oz Sanbitter

3 shakes 7 still prickly pear bitters

Spritz orange oil

Rondel zero cava

Combine first three ingredients. Stir on ice. Spritz oil. Pour into Collins glass with ice and top with cava

Tonic or ginger beer could be a good sub of cava

Maybe shake with some pepper for a bite
