Felt a Scotch cocktail was in order this evening. Smokescreen it is! This is one of my favorites! Slainte everyone!
Sprig of Mint
3/4 oz Simple
1 oz Scotch (Mortlach for me)
1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Muddle mint and simple in shaker. Add other ingredients, shake with ice and double strain over large cube. #someonesaycocktails
