I found a bottle of St. George spiced pear liqueur on a recent trip to Oakland, CA and gave it a whirl with this cocktail Kolby Howard posted a while back. What’s it called Kolby? This is DELICIOUS.
1.5 oz bourbon - kolby specifies Woodford but I don’t have any so I went with ECTB
1.5 oz St. George Spiced Pear (it’s amaze)
0.5 oz Allspice Dram
1.0 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with fresh nutmeg or cinnamon
